The beach is private and there is a
boat slip for one boat and a swimming raft. The boat launch is in front of the
Libby Museum less than a mile north of the cottage. The ramp is free to the
public. The maximum occupancy for daytime and overnight visitors is eight people. You may check in on Saturday
around 1:00 PM and checkout is at or before 10:00 AM on the Saturday of
departure. Everyone is asked to clean the cottage and leave it in the condition
it was found in lieu of charging a cleaning fee. Trash removal is your
responsibility, we do supply a town of Wolfeboro dump sticker located in the
kitchen area. There are five bedrooms, four upstairs and one down. There are
four double beds and two twin beds. Renters are responsible for their own
linens, which include sheets, towels, blankets, and pillow cases. There is one
bathroom downstairs and a large living room with a dining room table. The
kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, a toaster and a coffee-maker. There
are dishes, silverware, pans and kitchen utensils. There is cable for the tv and wifi. A charcoal grille, a picnic
table and plenty of lawn chairs are available. Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs.
State of NH Rooms Tax is 8.5% and is in addition to the weekly rental. We have had several wonderful guests who look forward to returning year after year and we look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay.
Rental Fee: $3,450 plus 8.5% NH rooms tax
Deposit: half of rental rate to reserve
